It is tatally same with 70 children of the Hope Blossom School, which was founded and operated by COINTREE.
Parents continue to live unsafe lives due to the more urgent situation around them than Covid-19, and the children who sent a message of support to Korean supporters recently could not come to school but stay at home.
I’m also at a loss how to serve our this cummiunity. Currently, there are no hospitals in our Tulum area to examine the Covid-19 or to treat them. Of course, even if they’re sick, it’s a stroke of the sky for local residents to see a doctor.
While I am with them at the scene, the pain of this pandemic situation is clearly visible. We decided to provide basic necessities urgently, but we can only provide limited support with the current budget.
“Huanito, what are you going to do now when residents who is sick come? Can you keep helping me?”
I answered after thinking for a long time about what the he said.
“No, just do it for the students at the school, and that’ll be all. Please say no to everyone.”
